The gourmet kitchen with granite countertops is an entertainer’s delight and is equipped with all the latest conveniences from the gas cook top stove to the stainless steel appliances. Our large dining table adjacent to kitchen, ensures that you have plenty of room for all the family to have a place at dinner. The washer and dryer are also conveniently located in the laundry room adjacent to the kitchen.

On the main floor of this unique home is the luxurious main bedroom with a king bed and en-suite main bath, including double sink vanity and soaker tub/separate shower. The main bedroom also includes a large, flat screen smart TV, for the perfect oasis.

Upstairs you will find another spacious bathroom with a soaker tub/separate shower, a large second bedroom with a king bed, a third bedroom with a queen bed, and a fourth bedroom with a twin xl over twin xl bunk bed.

Pagosa Peak Paradise has two outdoor entertainment areas with a gas grill, in addition to a cozy indoor living area, which includes a large, flat screen smart TV. With the front of the home covered with large picture windows, you can enjoy the San Juan Mountains right from your very own living room and dining room!

In the Summer, Fall and Spring, relax with friends and family as you BBQ your favorite meals on the large patio overlooking Pagosa Peak and Village Lake. Life doesn’t get much better than this!

Only about 2 blocks to the recreation center that features indoor communal pool, jacuzzi, work out equipment, outdoor volley ball, basket ball and a picnic area. Walking paths, hiking and biking trails through out the area. Watch the Hot air Balloons take off each morning or schedule a flight for you too!! Plus your choice of 4 fishing lakes to fish, kayak, or go canoeing or paddle boarding! Also near shopping, dining, churches, banking, sports equipment rentals etc… Only 3.5 miles to down town to the World Class Hot Springs along the San Juan river, great fishing, rafting, tubing, kayaking etc..
