On the main floor of this unique home is the luxurious master bedroom with king bed and connecting master bath including double sink vanity and jacuzzi tub. A second bedroom with queen bed is also located on the main level along with two full bathrooms. Upstairs you will find a large third bedroom with three queen beds and a twin over twin bunk bed along with a full bathroom.

The private bungalow is located next to the main house over the garage. A quick walk up the stairs and you will find a well stocked kitchen open to a cozy living area which includes a comfortable sofa with pullout bed for extra sleeping and a large, flat screen TV. With a large picture window, you can enjoy the San Juan Mountains right from your very own living room! There is also one bedroom with queen bed and an additional second bedroom with one double bed and one twin over twin bunk along with a full bathroom.

In the summer, relax with friends and family as you BBQ your favorite meals on the large back patio overlooking the San Juan Mountain Range. Life doesn’t get much better than this!
