When you walk through the front door you know you are in the mountains, with aspen furniture throughout the house including dining table with bench seating and beautiful king bed in master bedroom and twin over full bunk beds in second bedroom. There are also a two pullout sofas in living area.

In the morning, walk to the locals favorite coffee shop, Higher Grounds, for a cup of coffee and pastries before you begin your day. The grocery store, Market City is literally 1/4 mile from the condo as well as a variety of other restaurants nearby. In the evening, gather around the cozy fireplace with friends and family and a glass of wine while watching the snow fall outside your window.

Pagosa Springs has something for everyone! In summer, ride the rapids on the San Juan River or backpack in the surrounding 3 million acres of national forest. Fly fishing is also a favorite sport in the summer.   In winter, enjoy skiing and snowboarding at Wolf Creek Ski area, only 35 minutes away, or take the family on a horse drawn sleigh ride or get some adrenaline going with snowmobiling. Of course, summer, winter, fall and spring are always a good time to soak in the famous Hot Springs downtown overlooking the river and mountains.
